• All products have a 90 day warranty unless otherwise indicated.
• Notebook batteries have a DOA warranty and are guaranteed to run a minimum of 20 minutes. Battery DOA warranty valid ONLY if RMA form is submitted within 7 days of receipt of product.
• Warranty does not cover software.
• Drivers for Windows 2000/XP are included with most systems. Drivers required for other Operating Systems ARE NOT available from Feature Marketing.
• Warranty is valid only for equipment returned in its originally purchased configuration.
• Seller is not responsible for configuration errors of non-purchased product added to the equipment.
• An RMA number MUST be issued prior to the return of merchandise.
• Feature Marketing reserves the right to either replace, repair, credit, refund or refuse any returned merchandise.
• Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned merchandise. 
• Printers have a 30 warranty - toner cartridge and printer cable not included (unless otherwise indicated).
• Issues with products covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be dealt with the manufacturer only.   We are not responsible for how warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer.
